Over the hills for the perfect Florence view
We have told you already – and we will soon tell more – about Fiesole. Fiesole is a beautiful place, and it also has one of that magic perspectives for a different and beautiful wiew of Florence.
From the Fiesole hill, Florence is literally at your feets, in all its beauty. Be there at sunset, the game of the crepuscular light over the bricks and marbles of the Renaissance cradle will take your breath away.
Piazzale Michelangelo, on the opposite side of the Arno river, will do the same magic. And remember that you have even more reasons to go there!
Not far from Piazzale Michelangelo, the Torre (tower) di San Niccolò offers a unique view of the Arno and the medieval and renaissance Florence core, on the opposite bank.
